2008 Graduate show In Tsinghua University opened at 798 Artistic Centre
Exhibition of graduation works by Grade of 2008 undergraduates of Department of Sculpture and Department of Graphic Design opened at 798 Artistic Centre on May 31, which was the first time to hold such kind of exhibition at the 798 Artistic Centre in Beijing.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Ma Quan, head of the Department of Graphic Design. The officials attended the ceremony : Bao Lin, He Jie, deputy deans of the academy , Wang Guonglian, official from the Department of Sculpture , and heads from Academy of Art & Design of Shandong and Academy of Art & Design of Xi`an.
The theme of this exhibition is ” Thought ` S Shape ” .
It is also the first time for the both departments to push graduate students works to the society on a large scale with the purpose to explore newly tendency of development in the field and strengthen exchanging ties among the disciplins in domestic art colleges.
The exhibition will last 10 days.
